Our in-house team of project managers, construction supervisors, and master tradespeople are directly employed, never rented through a general-contractor layer. Every decision, every detail, and every milestone is owned by us.
We build in partnership with many of the world's best architecture firms and interior design practices, from Los Angeles to leading studios worldwide, so every commission arrives with documented intent and build-ready rigor.

HR Development is a construction management firm. We don't design homes, we build them to the highest possible standard. Every commitment we make is contractual, every timeline is fixed, and every project is managed as if it were our own property.
Every superintendent, project manager, and trade lead on your site is directly employed by HR Development. We do not use general contractors, brokers, or staffing firms. You get our people, accountable to us, accountable to you.
Every project is assigned a single dedicated manager who owns the build from permit approval to handover. One point of contact, one source of truth. No handoffs, no gaps in knowledge.
Our fixed-price contracts itemize every line of scope before we break ground. No open-ended allowances, no vague estimates. If something changes, it goes through a written change order, nothing happens without your signature.
